I was trying to expunge my specific patient from a postman request but unfortunately i have crashed by whole app. Now i am not being able to list down my patient list and all the access policy as well as the clientApplication are deleted. But in my database i can see my patient list in the patient table.

Hi @prashant_react , without more information it's hard to understand the exact root cause. If you expunged everything from a project compartment, then all those resources will be gone permanently, and you will not be able to log in to that project. My recommendation would register a new project and start again: https://www.medplum.com/docs/tutorials/register
