so do i need to use the inbuilt medplum functions itseld , or is there any api's where i can put a post request and create a patient @rahul1

@dheeraj.dileep Medplum follows the FHIR standard for healthcare, which specifies a REST API: https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/http.html
I would encourage you to read up on the FHIR specification to educate yourself on the basics of the Medplum APIs

as of now , im just trying out the functionalities of medplum to know if medplum is a best fit for my project
for example ,if im using a get request like this GET [base]/Patient/example?_pretty=true , what will be my base , is it my hosted medplum link?
I need to ge tthe data of all the patients , so what is my base link if im using medplum , ive played around with hapi and microsoft servers , theyll be having their own base links right ?

api.medplum.com

what if my applocation is self hosted , suppose the link is mymed.com , so the base url is api.mymed.com right ? @rahul1
