Observability for Medplum-hosted project?

Hi there! We just launched our Medplum-integrated app (yay!) and recently had a short outage because we pushed some bad bot code. We happened to see the failing bot executions when investigating a hunch, and was able to push a fix quickly. Ideally, metrics related to our project could flow into our observability tools (e.g. AWS Cloudwatch) and we could set up monitoring and alerting to avoid a situation like this in the future. We're aware of the possibility to pipe logs to an aggregation sink. Is there something similar for metrics?

@yaaaaale there is not anything for metrics yet. But we have recently adopted Open Telemetry. This is a standard form of logging metrics, that can be sent to various Otel compliant "collectors", including AWS cloudwatch List of relevant PRs: https://github.com/search?q=repo:medplum/medplum+OTEL&type=pullrequests
We don't have a streaming story for these yet, but more to come!
