Hi folks. We're suddenly not able to save consents, and are seeing this error:

Constraint ppc-1 not met: Either a Policy or PolicyRule ({"fhirpath":"policy.exists() or policyRule.exists()"}) (Consent)

Has a new validation constraint been added recently? Our existing consents can't be updated either without seeing this exception.

This was caused by this bugfix, which fixed an issue where some root validations were not being run correctly: https://github.com/medplum/medplum/pull/3779 Immediate remediation was to turn of "strict mode" for the affected project: https://www.medplum.com/docs/access/projects#settings
