I am trying to run the Medplum App on GCP. My server is also there and working. Both are on separate Cloud Runs. When I use the medplum/medplum-app image and try to replace the base url and google client ID with environment variables, it fails. I think there is an issue with finding the placeholder text, eg "__MEDPLUM_BASE_URL__".

05/30/2025, 6:21 PMThere is a known problem where our CI is building images with this problem, so the latest tagged images will have this problem.
We have a fix for this in the works. You can track that [here](https://github.com/medplum/medplum/pull/6666)
