In our app we take mrn, nationalId, mobileNumber, countryCode from the user how can I store it according to HL7 FHIR Schema

- mobileNumber:

- countryCode:

@rahul1 thank but my issue was how can i store them not where For example in MRN and NationalId there are

code

and some other things From what I read about the

system

field is like the source or the URL reference about the info So in the frontend how can i ask the patient to get me this info? He not know anything about The official agency that extracted the mrn or nationalId from it
