We have one need where one of our customer is using Medplum to store data in FHIR format and they have opensource Frappe framework to create Web application, now they want to create some forms for patient and providers, so what is the best way to create on medplum and embed outside medplum? Asking considering best practices as far as security is cocnerned and these forms are patient specific so how to architect correctly?

Hi Pravin, i didn't quite understand your question. Can you restate the central problem you are facing? Are you worried about how to display the questionnaire, or how to create them?
