@jasonwa.ng I take it you're referring to the 'resolving references' section https://cloud.google.com/healthcare-api/docs/how-tos/fhir-bundles#resolving_references_to_resources_created_in_a_bundle It's important to note that Medplum doesn't necessarily exhaustively implement all of the FHIR spec and you should be careful about relying on docs from another FHIR implementation (Google's healthcare api). However, in this case, resolving references in bundles is a core FHIR concept https://build.fhir.org/bundle.html#references and AFAICT it should work in the same way outlined by that google healthcare api doc!
