How to query only the

pending

or

proposed

Appointment requests in which I'm a Participant with

needs-action

status? Basically I need this to support the Appointment Request/Response Pattern described in the FHIR official docs [here](https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/appointment.html#12.10.2.1) So far I can filter the Appointment by statuses using

status=pending,proposed

, but I don't know how to filter the status of the Participants.

if you add &actor=Practitioner/ to the search params that should work
