Hi Medplum team! What is the correct way to extend a valueset? For example, I want to extend http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/organization-type. I modified `/packages/definitions/dist/fhir/r4/valuesets.json` by adding the new values under `concept`, then rebuilt value sets on the admin page.  However, the new values were not reflected in the dropdown for organization type when creating a new Organization.

What is the correct way to extend a value set? Is there an example anywhere? Thank you!

Actually refreshing the server locally made it work!

A follow-up question - for the purpose of CI/CD, do I have to run "rebuild value set" manually every time the json files are updated or the value set are automatically rebuilt when server restarts?

The content in the `definitions` package is what ships as part of the FHIR R4 specification. While you're welcome to modify them on your localhost, you are essentially breaking with the FHIR R4 standard

The main way to *extend* a valueset would be to be create a *new* `ValueSet` resource that recursively includes this existing resources
