@rahul1 According to documentation, we have created a bot to send personalized email invites to patients and practitioners, we have also added subscriptions to trigger the bot based on UserSecurityRequest. Patients are receiving emails but when inviting Practitioners UserSecurityRequest is not being generated and we cannot trigger the bot to send an email. Subscriptions are written on the admin project (It is not a super-admin project) what could be wrong here? Thanks in advance!
