Hey everyone! I'm working on my therapy scribe program and making some good, but slow headway! Anywho, I need help with a search functionality feature. Currently, I have: An AsyncAutocomplete search field where users can look up existing patients A "New Patient" button that opens a modal for creating new patient entries What I'm trying to achieve: When someone creates a new patient through the modal, I want that patient's name to automatically populate back into the main search field after the modal closes. Right now, users have to manually type the name again in the search field. Is there a way to pass the newly created patient's name back to the search field automatically? This would help streamline the workflow and prevent users from having to type the same information twice. Any suggestions on how to implement this would be greatly appreciated!
