Hello, Medplum Team! On our instance of Medplum, we noticed the MedplumClient was allowing

searches on Code/Identifier fields in version 3.2.4, but seems to not work in 3.2.8. The syntax below would pull Basic resources with values like

textbook

and

context

prior to the upgrade, and now do not work:

Can you let us know if this was a breaking change on the

_filter

using

? If so, are there any other alternatives to use full-text
