Hi @rahul1 @reshma , we are currently exploring the medplum graphql for some of our needs and facing a problem with a query and need your help . we have query like this trying to replicate with graphql

our current graphql query looks like this

we need help with the reverse chaining of care-manager and also how to get the accurate count in the response.
