Multi-tenant app moving to Production: public endp...

Hi all, we're building a multi-tenant practice platform on hosted Medplum (one project, one Organization per clinic, AccessPolicies parameterised on %organization, per the multi-tenant access docs). A few questions before we move to Production: Public endpoints: our public booking page, calendar (.ics) feeds, unsubscribe links and inbound webhooks (SMS replies, email bounces) need to work without a login. Do public webhook bots work on hosted Medplum, on which plan, and with what rate limits? If not, is a small proxy of ours holding narrowly scoped client credentials the recommended pattern? Bots before Production: can bots run on a non-production project, so we can test reminders and notices before go-live? AccessPolicy count: we use three policies (staff, supervisor, patient portal), each parameterised per Organization. Does a parameterised policy count once toward the plan limit, however many memberships use it? AuditEvent: our current project holds no AuditEvent records. Does Production store them, searchable by patient and by organization? Project email via our SES: can Production send Medplum's own emails (invites, password resets, MFA) through our Amazon SES, from our domain? Thanks!

HI @eruss700, 1. Public endpoints - yes they work with bots. You can read about them here - https://www.medplum.com/docs/bots/consuming-webhooks#unauthenticated-webhooks. Bots are available for the production tier. Our default rate limits apply, you can read about the rate limits here - https://www.medplum.com/docs/rate-limits 2. For production tier accounts and above, bots can run on non-production projects. 3. AccessPolicy count - there is no limit on the number of memberships that can be associated with a parameterized access policy 4. AuditEvents for all CRUD events are streamed to our logs. They are not generally available in our database, except for Bot invocations and Subscriptions. We do support log streaming from Medplum to various destinations (e.g. datadog) at the Premium tier. 5. Emails - customization of emails is available at the Premium tier

Hey everyone, I've been tracking Medplum’s scale with headless EHR components for a while genuinely excellent healthtech infrastructure. As the founder over at SayoCare Technologies, I spent some time auditing the primary onboarding pathways today from a founder/buyer perspective. I noticed a subtle friction point on the main homepage layout: the copy leans heavily into deep developer mechanics, which is great for engineers, but it slightly undersells the massive speed-to-compliance ROI for the digital health founders who actually hold the project budget. Since I specialize in conversion copywriting and healthtech web architecture, I sketched out a quick, 3-bullet messaging shift to bridge that gap and front-load the business value above the fold completely for free. Who on the growth or marketing team handles the core website funnels here? I'd love to drop the text wireframe over to see if it's something you guys could split-test. No pitches or strings attached

@Sayo , that for the feedback. You can send your wireframe over to support@medplum.com and we can get it routed to the right place.

Awesome, just fired over the full 1-page wireframe and conversion layout to support@medplum.com. Appreciate the quick routing assistance, looking forward to hearing what the marketing and product teams think!
