Hi,
We use custom emails for invite/reset (sendEmail: false ->> Bot sends mail on UserSecurityRequest create). For email verification we call User/$update-email, which creates a verify-email USR but always sends the default Medplum email too.
skipEmailVerification: true isn’t what we need cause it skips creating the USR entirely.
could $update-email get an optional sendEmail: false (default true) that still runs verifyEmail() but skips the built-in email same idea as auth/resetpassword?
Use case: Medplum-hosted, open patient reg, Bot + auth/verifyemail, one branded email only.
Thanks!
