Hi! Is there a suggested work-around for editing patients while running MedPlum locally and using app.medplum.com as the back-end server? Specifically, I am experiencing the same issue described in https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/6907

I resolved this issue by creating a new  "StructureDefinition" server-side and copying/pasting the JSON file captured from https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&source=gmail&q=https://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/STU3.1.1/StructureDefinition-us-core-patient.json
