Hello! I would like to contribute to some of the open issues on the Medplum repository. I wanted to take this [one here](https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/6029) and even left a comment. Not sure about contribution etiquette on Medplum. Should I just open a PR? Thanks in advance and sorry if this is not the best place to ask about it!
