Tomorrow I want to build a voice agent that calls CAR-T patients after they go home and checks them for CRS and neurotoxicity. Grades against ASTCT criteria, writes to Medplum as FHIR, alerts the care team if someone's getting worse. Deepgram for the voice. I've got the clinical side covered.
