Thanks for catching this, $find is still in alpha so Ill go ahead and make an issue that we can track! https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/8432 Maybe pass the planningHorizon.end as your end parameter to $find (or whichever is earlier between your desired end and the planning horizon end).
