Hey everyone, I’ve set up my own instance of Medplum on AWS. One of my app’s core features is the ability to integrate with multiple EHRs and fetch data from them. I’m currently pulling FHIR resources such as Patient, Practitioner, Observation, and others. In one scenario, an external EHR has multiple practitioners, and they should not be able to see each other’s patients. I’m already enforcing this via filtering, but my question is: what’s the recommended way to automatically associate a Medplum user login (Practitioner) with the corresponding Practitioner resource fetched from the external EHR? Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated!

Recommended to write the Practitioner to your Medplum datastore with the identifier provided in the original system
