Local binary

Hi, I'm wondering if there is some setup I'm missing for local binary files. I'm running the medplum app and server containers using the following setup. I can create the binaries ok, and I can even get the file contents through the FHIR API at
/Binary/{id}
, but the UX doesn't show it correctly using the presigned url.
Copy code
medplum-app:
    image: medplum/medplum-app:latest
    ports:
      - 3002:3000
    depends_on:
      medplum-server:
        condition: service_healthy

  medplum-server:
    image: medplum/medplum-server:latest
    restart: on-failure
    init: true

I also tried local Minio but had some other issue with that, so the binary file seemed like the easier option. But either one works, I'm just trying to simulate our production flow locally whict involves creating and viewing binaries.
