I'm encountering an unexpected UI glitch when rendering a Questionnaire that uses the choice type with repeats: true and the drop-down item control for selecting multiple "Days of Week." 🐛 Problem Description The goal is to have a single input field where users can select multiple days of the week, displayed as "chips" inside the field. However, the rendered form (see attached screenshot) is incorrectly generating three separate, duplicate input fields for the "Days of Week" question, each pre-populated with "Sunday," "Monday," and "Tuesday" (presumably from a prior state/session, though not defined that way in the initial value). ❓ Question Is this the correct way to configure a Medplum Questionnaire item for multi-select (chips/tags) functionality? If so, what might be causing the duplication of the input field instead of displaying a single input allowing multiple selections (chips)?
