We wanted to make you aware of an ongoing incident affecting Medplum services. Incident: Increased rate of delayed executions and failures for Medplum Bots. We have been monitoring the ongoing incident and have identified it as a direct result of a service degradation reported by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in their us-east-1 region, which impacts some of our underlying infrastructure. AWS has provided the following status: "Lambda is experiencing function invocation errors because an internal subsystem was impacted by the network load balancer health checks." Our Action: Our engineering team is closely monitoring the AWS status and the health of our systems. You can follow the official AWS status here: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status.
