boolean for a specimen,. * Now we need to go through each specimen and add that extension or observation or however we decided to do it. I know we can just write scripts for up and down (adding or deleting) this resource Was wondering if you all have any tools built in for migrations like this specifically

We have a 'patch' operation so that your requests can generally look similar if you are updating resources, and you can use our batch tools to send these requests all once.
