I installed Medplum on AWS and it worked perfectly, what do I have to do to also install the provider app in addition to the admin app. It does not seem that the AWS medplum init tool does not provide options for additional routes such as provider.demo.dev

Hi @David , at the moment we do not publish docker images for the provider app. In a self-hosted setup, this is something you will need to do yourself.
