Hi everyone, I'am new to contributing to Medplum and i'm running into a build issue after forking the latest main branch when i run *npm run build *, it fails in several packages (like @medplum/agent and @medplum/server) with the typescript error TS2322: Type 'number' is not assignable to type 'Timeout' on lines that use setInterval or setTimeout I've done some trouble shooting already; 1) I was inititally on a unstable nodejs version(v23.12.0),but i've switched to a suported version (v22.12.0) and did a clean *npm install * 2) I was able to fix the build errors locally by changing the type declaratino from NodeJS.Timeout to ReturnType in the affected files (e.g: packages/agent/src/app.ts,packages/agent/src/app.ts, My question is : Is this a known issue for new contributors setting up the project locally? And would a pull request with these ReturnType fixes be a welcome contribution to make the setup process smoother for others?
