Verify your identity once, and pull all of your medical records... that is a goal worth pursuing and thank you for clarifying your work. I imagine patients will be shocked at what they find, and confused about inconsistencies. HIE data is painfully sparse when looking for important care details regarding a patient and I agree there must be incentives for a HIE data push.
