@kerry I especially like how you are managing pdf and the GAD7 form completed on paper by an actual human being in the clinic! Perhaps u could integrate incoming fax/.tiff? I know it's old technology but the .tiff will endure, much like the pdf. Great start and so glad ur on github. I've forked your repo and hope to contribute to your excellent progress.
