I am running into this problem where certain ValueSets aren't being found by Medplum. See the attached scheenshot for an example: after following the tutorial for

, I tried adding an allergy to this patient's allergy list only to reach an error. Not all ValueSets are acting this way. Even Clinical Status (within the same form) works fine. @adhdstatic - sorry about that, this is an issue with Provider app where it depends on several ValueSets that are not loaded by default. Are you in our hosted environment? Or on your localhost/self-hosted? We are tracking the issue https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/6907

Totally - if you use the application as a base and fork it, you can put your own value sets into the forms. Does that solve your issue? Are you looking to go live soon?

Yes, that does work. I'm not going live soon; just exploring for now
