Hi Medplum team, I’m working on generating a CCD file from a Patient resource and their associated CarePlan (including linked Goal resources). To do this, I’m using the convertFhirToCcda and convertCcdaToXml functions. However, I’m having trouble rendering the resources properly in the resulting XML. Do you happen to have any code examples that demonstrate how to use these functions to generate a CCD from a CarePlan resource? A reference example would be really helpful. Hi @Mauricio - the CCD-A file is created from the whole patient record, not a specific resource. You can call the $ccda-export operation as follows https://www.medplum.com/docs/api/fhir/operations/ccda-export
