Hello, we have deployed the medplum backend server on host. Its working correctly from the website but however when we try to run the UI on localhost, its giving cors error for very first API i.e. login. Could you please help resolving the issue. Do we need to set any configuration on UI/backend side?

Hello @vijay.hambar . Are you deploying using AWS? You'll need to make sure you allow

localhost:3000

in your allowed origins: https://www.medplum.com/docs/self-hosting/config-settings
