We just posted a new Github Discussion on the Medplum server upgrade process: https://github.com/medplum/medplum/discussions/2778 We have some exciting features on the horizon, but some of those features will require additional maintenance. We want Medplum server administration to be as simple as possible, so we're proposing some updates to the CLI to automate this work. If you have any thoughts, any feedback, or any suggestions, please let us know. If there is another self-hosted service that you really love, and you think does a great job of this, please share!
