Hello guys thanks building this wonderfull oss, I just want to have question, there is a medplum docker and its undocumented and how to add env configuration for it. Its better if it is added in docker-compose.yaml too. I check it only has posgres and redis on it. This way we could spin up the project and evaluate it. Just like supabase setup
