Hi @spencersmith5762 - apologies for the slow reply. You're right, by default Medplum will use the root TLD ("pelairo.app" in your case) when looking for the AWS Route 53 Hosted Zone. You can override that behavior by adding a config setting called

hostedZoneName

in your JSON config with the "test.pelairo.app" value). If you are interested in exploring this more, here is an example of how the Medplum CDK code grabs the Hosted Zone: https://github.com/medplum/medplum/blob/main/packages/cdk/src/backend.ts#L604
