Are we able to utilize wizards with questionnaires from the Medplum UI or would a good approach be to create questionnaires inside of medplum and then create a custom UI for the questionnaire? Currently, a patient intake form would be a single page of questions and it would be nice to break them down into separate pages for demographics, clinical history, family history, insurance, etc. And do the bots specifically work as a subscriber to the QuestionnaireResponse table? I'll go check the documentation to see if I can understand when the events take place with bots. But, it would be nice to know the control flow in the case i have to create custom UI for my patient intake.

Right now our questionnaires component only supports a single page, but we have gotten some questions about more advanced questionnaire features. It would be a good feature, we would just need to find some time to prioritize it. There is an open question of "how do you represent different pages inside the FHIR questionnaire resource", so that the render knows how to split things up. We could think about an extension on a group. In general, though, we've found that questionnaire rendering ends up being very application specific, so for most applications, a custom UI tends to make sense, with the data backed by the Questionnaire resource in Medplum, exactly like you said

Check out our Bots basics docs: https://www.medplum.com/docs/bots/bot-basics#executing-a-bot
They can be triggered manually using the $execute endpoint, OR Via a subscription (https://www.medplum.com/docs/subscriptions). You can subscribe to changes on any resource
