we are creating a list of workflows across the board

then doing mapping exercises for each

i'm building some GPTs to help with this process and likn to regulations

then i'm going to generate entity relations diagrams for each of the steps

and how this will be stored in FHIR/medplum

i'm also playing around with some GPTs to ingest your FHIR docs and see if it can help us generate first pass for mermaid diagrams too
