Does Medplum have benchmarks comparing speed on FHIR inserts/upserts between Medplum FHIR server and HAPI FHIR server?

Hey Jonah! You can tune the performance your Medplum cluster to your use case by configuring the number of hosts and size of RDS. We target between 100ms-200ms median response time for clusters we administer. We have some docs on how to load test as well if that's useful.
