Yes - thre is a way to add a menu item. The menu item is controlled by the UserConfiguration https://www.medplum.com/docs/api/fhir/medplum/userconfiguration - if you add the UserConfiguration to the ProjectMembership you can control the menu items for that user https://www.medplum.com/docs/api/fhir/medplum/projectmembership
