Hello Medplum! We had a scenario today where we noticed a Practitioner was deleted, but nobody had intentionally deleted it so we were trying to figure out how/why it happened. I expected the audit log to tell us, however it does not. There are only two entries in the time line "created" and then "created" again when I restored the Practitioner. In the history it says "Deleted on Fri May 19 2023 00:12:36 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)" but does not say why or by whom. Is there a way to figure this out on your end? We would love to sanity check that it won't happen again in the future. this is in our dev project (can share the project-id via dm) the practitioner id in question is
