Hi! I am currently working on building a form backed by a Questionnaire that relies on the existence of a particular ServiceRequest. In addition to checking for the existence of this ServiceRequest in our application code before generating the form, should we be directly referencing the ServiceRequest in the QuestionnaireResponse? How would we accurately model this relationship in FHIR? Thank you!

That's a great question! To tie the response back to the ServiceRequest, you can use

QuestionnaireResponse.subject

Yeah sure, we're building a questionnaire that asks for demographic and clinical information from a patient such as "Emergency contact", "Allergies", "Medications", etc. The Questionnaire is centered around a single patient but due to regulation we need to verify that a ServiceRequest exists before we can start the Questionnaire
