Hi, I'm having some trouble setting up a multi-select question within a Questionnaire Form I am building out within app.medplum. I'm specifically trying to setup an input for and Address and for it to be the same setup as within app.medplum when giving a Patient or Practitioner resource an address. All I need is to be pointed in the right direction as to how to properly set that up.

So im using the building within app.edplum for the questionnaire, and Im trying to set up the same multi select style question as the Value Set Choice question within the link you sent me.

Got it - you need to make sure that the Value Set you want is in your Project (there are some system ones in there already) https://app.medplum.com/ValueSet?_count=20&_fields=id,_lastUpdated,name,title,status&_offset=0&_sort=-_lastUpdated To use it put the ValueSet.url field in the "AnswerValueSet" like so { linkId: 'value-set-choice', type: 'choice', text: 'Value Set Choice', answerValueSet: 'http://loinc.org/vs/LL4436-3' }
