How do you access the view a physician would have charting a patient in the demo FooMedical?

foomedical is more from the Patient prespective, but we do have a sample charting app - here's a screenshot of what it looks like and here's the src https://github.com/medplum/medplum/tree/main/examples/medplum-chart-demo

I tried that but didn't get to the chart - I can dig into a bit more but maybe there is a preq user type or some other path or item I missed.

Appreciated! I'll figure it out eventually, but shorter roads are always welcome. Is there a test data pack you have used for development that could be used for those testing and exploring? Would think an llm could solve that in at least some part if there isn't an existing one to work from.
