Right now it's not included within `meta.lastUpdated` or anything else. Am I missing something?

Hi <@1126259077966725169>  - we don't store a `createdAt` field in the `meta` section - in general, we're very cautious about adding non-standard fields to resources

Some, but not all, resources have an `authoredOn` , which is the appropriate "FHIR-y" field to store the createdAt time

The alternative is to use the `_history` API to read all version of a resource.  Unfortunately, the GraphQL endpoint doesn't currently have a spec for the history API: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/graphql.html
