Hi! running a self hosted instance. we deployed the app package to be our internal dashboard. Things are working great, but there are some resources I can't see and I'm not sure where the error is. When looking at Patients or Practitioners, in the list or single view, it says:

The GET response is

GET https://devapi.medplum.lotuscares.ai/fhir/R4/Patient?_count=20&_offset=0&_sort=-_lastUpdated&_total=accurate 500 (Internal Server Error)

With no additional information. Looking at server logs in Datadog says the following:

TypeError [ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE]: The "key.key" property must be of type string or an instance of ArrayBuffer, Buffer, TypedArray, DataView, KeyObject, or CryptoKey. Received undefined

Hi, @dvidsilva , without more debugging info it might hard to debug. Most likely there was some error in deploying the self-hosted instance
