We are planning on using Medplum Cloud service but we need some customizations on the Login UI, like using our company Logo and Name. Is this possible? How can we do it?

I think you can create your own UI using React Components given here https://www.medplum.com/docs/react, Medplum has great API documentation and client libraries.

Our system has multiple clients, I mean, 2 native mobile apps, one for patients and another for practitioners, and also a front web for practitioners, so in total we would have 3 clients doing login... We could implement custom Login on each client app with custom UI and whatever, but we are currently using Medplum as Identity Provider, so the Login UI is the one from Medplum and we hope to use Medplum Cloud once we go Production, so we were wondering if the current Medplum Login UI could be adjusted so all client apps would use the same Login UI with the same behavior? I mean some basic changes only name and logo, maybe this could be set from the Project Admin, or maybe some complement/plugin that can be uploaded somewhere?

Yes, we did the same for Mobile app and web for similar kind of use case/personas, we use Medplum client for authentication with Medplum using client credentials, was pretty straightforward.
