Unnecessary Patient profile photo update

Hello. I have encountered an issue with the Patient profile photo (gravatar). Context: after calling the medplum invite function (https://www.medplum.com/docs/sdk/core.medplumclient.invite) to create a new Patient, medplum automatically executes another request which updates the profile photo with the same image. The issue randomly occurs when I execute a PATCH request to add/update a parameter (e.g. managingOrganization) of the profile of the new user immediately after the invite request. After my PATCH request is executed, medplum updates the profile photo and removes the parameter which was added previously, for no reason that I can see. What is the purpose of medplum automatically updating the profile photo with the same image? Is there a way to prevent it? Omitting gravatars altogether would solve the issue, but I cannot find anything in the documentation on this. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how to reproduce this behavior, as it occurs randomly. What usually happens after updating a parameter of a new profile is that medplum executes 2 update requests: 1. Medplum updates the profile photo and removes the new parameter. 2. Medplum updates the profile photo again and re-adds the new parameter. This sequence is strange, but at least it doesn't cause any issues. - Slawa
I've noticed gravatar creation was removed from medplum: https://github.com/medplum/medplum/pull/4646. I guess this solves this issue, thanks.
