Hello, is there any documentation how to deploy self-hosted medplum via kubernetes?

We're hosting on GKE. Very early in our journey and no documentation to reference but can attempt to answer any oneoff questions. Long-term goal is to encapsulate the server and infra dependencies as cloud agnostic Crossplane XR's. Feel free to shoot me a message.
