Hi, Medplum! I am developing a feature where we have charting for each encounter. We use ClinicalImpressions to store the notes for each encounter, and use forms (mantines TextArea) to take input from the user. However, when patching the ClinicalImpression resource (using debouncing to reduce the number of patch-calls) we get the error "could not serialize access due to concurrent update". Do you know how we can solve this issue? Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @rahul1 Thanks for creating an issue on it. I can provide my full code, but I think it is already covered in the issue on Github how to reproduce it. For me the error occured when using patchResource.
