I have an extension that a reuse a couple of times to create an array of values. I wanted to know if there is something in the medplum sdk to retrieve the array in a simple way ? 

I've created this github issue about getExtensionValue https://github.com/medplum/medplum/issues/4850, but maybe I've missed some things.

Based on the pattern we have been following, the path forward would be for us to implement a separate function, `getExtensionAllValues`, that would return an array. That would also have the correct return types

Yes, that's actually what I did, and it is more tricky than expected but works 😉
